Inflator Guts Ok, what else would you like me to call them? These are the guts of a power inflator on the inflate side. This is a great spare item to have in your kit. This way if your inflator is leaking air into your BC or wing, you just have to take out your handy dandy DSS tool and the spare guts and put them in. Five minutes of aggravation and you are back I the water!

The easiest way to fix a leaky inflator

I bought this to replace a leaky power-inflator valve, that had been a nuisance on my last dive trip. It's simple to install, as long as you've got the tool (available right here, too); just screw out the old one and screw in the new one.
(You can rebuild the old valve, if you have the O-rings, but at this price for a whole new "guts," it's scarcely worth the bother.)
