Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Customers can choose between UPS or USPS shipping services and any of their respective priority options.  All orders are normally processed and shipped on the day they are placed, unless the order comes in after our shippers pick up.  Our customers know us for having a huge inventory in stock, but even so we do run out of items from time to time.  If any items are back-ordered, we will typically ship all in-stock items right away and follow up with the back-ordered item(s) at no additional shipping cost to the customer, immediately upon our receipt of those items.  We double-check every order for the chosen shipping option and will contact a customer if a back-ordered item looks like it will jeopardize the expected  receipt time of the order.  Both UPS and USPS shipping require the customer's phone number and email address to be provided, the latter in order that an automatic email is sent to the customer with the tracking number.  Customers should be aware to check their junk or spam email folders for these notifications.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

In today's world of customs, duties, etc. shipping overseas has become more expensive and time consuming; but we try to give our international customers the best options that guarantee receipt of their orders in a timely manner.  USPS Priority International mail is the only service we currently use for overseas shipping, because this is the only option that offers tracking and insurance on all weights and package sizes.  First Class International packages cannot be insured or tracked in all cases per USPS' current policies, thus we cannot offer that as an option to our overseas customers.

Please note that every country's customs policies and import processes differ and that shipping times can be drastically different.  Once a package is delivered overseas by the USPS it can still take days or weeks for customs to clear the shipment and it is completely out of our control at that point.  Also it has been brought to our attention that many customs offices randomly spot check packages, so even if you have ordered from us in the past and it has only taken a certain amount of time, that is no guarantee of another shipment not taking considerably longer.
