What this means.

I will give the purchaser their money back for instore credit only. It will not include the shipping to or your cost on shipping back. The item must returned before the credit is applied.  This is a used item we do our best to make sure they are good but it is still a computer and things can happen at anytime.

Please Note:  Used Gear is also available instore, just because you checkout it does not necessarily mean we still have the item. We will check before we process the order.  If we do not have the item we will email or call you.  

All used gear is checked out and fully serviced before being sent out.  If you find any item not to your liking feel free to send the item back.  We will give you instore credit for the item purchased.  We cannot give credit on the shipping only the item.
