 Has both 540 inlet and 870 inlet 

The regulator has bad gauges, an unusual (expensive looking) quick disconnect and a hose

you would need to add items to make it a free flow.

It looks 1/4 NPT so you could also make a nice din flowmeter for o2 Analyzing.
