HP Stem O-ring Installer       This tool is used to install the o-rings on high pressure spools.  These can be a real pain in the butt on the old style spools.  The large brass piece holds the spool the tapered thread slides over the spool and allows for the o-ring to mildly expand tofit over the top without breaking.
