XS - 4.5" to 5.5"

Small - 5.25" to 6.5"

Medium - 6.5" to 6.75"

Large - 6.5" to 7.5"

XL - 7.25" to 7.75"

Bottle Neck Wrist seals are designed to give a greater contact area to the skin with a larger sealing area.  If you have the tendons that stick out far when you make a fist this will partial limit water influx when you are gripping something.
