8” Highland Bolt Kit This is a Highland Bolt kit. Highland uses a bolt instead of all thread. Some people think this is better but it does not allow for different depth adjustments. If you prefer these we do carry them.

Highland bolt kit

Thanks to Highland bolt kit I was able to create a twin system for tech work. The bolt is better than using all thread as there is no need for additional adjustment with a military style harness.

This is the way to put together a set of twin bands. plenty of thread allowing room for either a back plate or a military style harness. All thread just isn't as good as a bolt.
