This is burst disc section for storage bottles. Burst discs are rated with working pressure and burst pressure.
The working pressure is what your tank is rated for.
The burst pressure is what the burst disc releases at.

Old Style
This one has threads on the inside of the burst disc. The valve has the threads exposed.
New Style
This one has the threads on the outside of the burst disc. The valve has the threads on the inside. This one looks similar to a standard scuba valve burst disc but much larger
