            O-ring Sealed Dust Cap   The O-ring sealed dust cap was seen on many regs for years but has slowly disappeared in favor of the rubber soft caps.  The o-ring sealed is still the best option if you want to soak your reg.  The cap is made of polymer with an o-ring groove cut into the bottom that seals just like a scuba tank.
