Please Note: Adjust your fin the way you like it on your foot. Then measure from the attachment point around to the other attachment point.
This is our spring heel section. Spring heels are used as replacements for rubber straps. They should be worn with just a little bit of stretch on the springs.
Two Types of Spring Heels:
Jet Fin Style (Old School)
This is the non quick disconnect version. They are mainly seen on jet fins.
Quick Disconnect Style
This is for newer fins that have a quick disconnect. You just pull the quick disconnect off and behind it is the round adapter.
